More Appreciation from Citi – Excellence - Made Ardi Arta

Made Ardi Arta, our supervisor in Bali, is a great example of excellence. Last year, Ardi received Citi’s “On The Spot Recognition” and has now received two more acknowledgements from Citi, namely as a star in the Citi Bali newsletter in June 2009 and another “On The Spot Recognition”, also in June.

Ardi was featured in the Citi Bali newsletter because he is always available to help with any Facility Management-related issues at any of Citi’s premises in Bali. The newsletter also specifically mentioned Ardi’s proactive approach of asking for input from Citi staff with regard to their premises, which Ardi then follows up promptly. Moreover, the newsletter mentioned Ardi’s initiative in saving money for the branch on the utility bills, which was recognized by Citi’s CRS with a special award.

The “On The Spot Recognition” award in June recognized that Ardi is always available 24 hours a day, seven days a week whenever there is a call for his service, ensuring that there is no interruption to business, as well as Ardi’ dedication to always following up and monitoring progress on any issue.
